Ordered transport on-line and after a week of no carrier assigned and some frustration with the staff on missed dates, contacted the owner of the company. Found Mike, the owner, to be an honest and fair person. He called me on a Saturday to advise of status and what was taking place. Advised in order to get the car picked up a sooner, that I could raise the price. Done this and he went out of his way to get the car delivered. Car was dirty but roads were a mess. Driver was professional and no damage on car.
