PROS: Very good price. super fast delivery. Picked up Saturday morning, delivery Sunday night.

CONS: Very strictly down to business. Lack of communications. Customer service not pleasant. I submitted the order online and receive email for order confirmation and next steps to expect. 2 days later I received another email that my car has been assigned a carrier for pickup. That was it. No follow up email or phone calls on any progress. Nobody from this company call me at all to tell me anything, except the driver when it's very close to pick up schedule. It might be fine if this is not my first time doing this and shipping a car that I really care about. When I called the customer service, the rep is not very friendly. The driver is courteous tough. Maybe this kind of service is to be expected for this kind of lower price.
