I had a very positive experience with the transport company. They picked up the car within a day that it was ready to be picked up. They did call before pick-up, but they did not call the day before. They just called 30min before picking it up.

They delievered the car after the holidays like they said the would and called and waited patiently for me to pick my car up (as the truck was too big to get to the residential area).

The car condition was fine, just really dirty.

Overall, this was a great experience. I have had to ship my car before and was incredibly disappointed in the previous service from the other provider. I was really scared to use this provider in the case it would be as bad as the other experience. However, Montway was great! I am soo happy that I chose them and I would definitely use them again. (Hopefully, I won't have to move again.)
