Vendor kept me informed on approximate timeline via email/phone, and it was ultimately picked up right on time. I paid $75 extra for top-load guarantee (meaning no vehicles above mine, not necess. on 2nd level since my assigned truck was only 1 level) and it was worth it. My car was the last of 4 cars loaded, the only residential delivery.

Delivery was actually 1 day prior to my previously stated earliest delivery date, but that was mutually agreed upon by driver and myself. In fact, I appreciate being asked since it worked out.

My only issue was that the driver wanted to meet us a few blocks away. We've seen 18-wheelers get to our street so not sure why the driver didn't try think he could make the turn. He was quite friendly and professional. I would def. hire them again; price was the lowest and I got what I wanted, delivered a day early even!
