This company still owes us $600 that was already paid to them by the customer. They have completely stopped responding to calls and messages. This is clear dishonesty and highly unprofessional behavior. We’ve worked with many carriers, but this one has been the worst experience by far. They take payment and then disappear no communication, no responsibility. totally unacceptable.
