Absolutely top notch across the board. My primary POC, Carla, was easy to work with, very understanding, and exuded a genuine care for her clients (she even turned trucks away that were not suitable for our specific situation instead of trying to force a sale). Ultimately, we gave Monstar a complex mission with tight parameters, and they were able to execute brilliantly and deliver not just on time, but a whole two days early!!!

Car arrived in excellent condition just as we had left it. This experience could not have been better.
