I entered into a contract with them 02/18/11, paid the full amount upfron ( which found out later that most companies work different- you pay the driver when they deliver your car, and you pay the broker when your pick up of the vehicle gets scheduled). Anyways, waited a week, car never got scheduled for pick up, then on 2/25/11 was informed that an other "truck that was loading your vehicle yesterday, did not make it..." Kelly DeCarteret was very nice and proffesional on the phone, so I decided to give them an other week to find the driver. But on 03/03/11 I found a different company to transport my car and momentum credited the charge within a week. Got my money back, but waisted two weeks.
