Minuteman Transport - excellent, reliable, responsive, very competitive prices - EXCELLENT service.

I contacted six transport companies to get quotes to transport a classic Corvette I just purchased. Of the six I contacted 3 replied within 24 hours but their prices were very high, 2 replied in 48 hours and none of these five would confirm a pick up date until I committed to a contract - all except Minuteman Transport.

George Davis from Minuteman Transport quoted me a price that was $250.00 below the average of the other 5 companies. I received the quote within a few hours of my request and when I called him to discuss details he guaranteed a pick up date that was acceptable.

Pick up occurred on a Monday, 2 days after I contacted him and the car was delivered the next day (Tuesday) - in perfect condition. And - my car was in a one-car enclosed trailer - delivered right to my door.

Minuteman Transport is not one of the big transport companies that you see on TV programs that feature classic cars. It is a small but very reliable company that knows its drivers by first name - you can count on them to be safe, careful and friendly. I also had the driver's cell # and he gave me periodic progress reports and an ETA that he beat by about an hour.
