I went with minuteman because they promised me a date of Wednesday or Thursday. They never gave me updates and showed up a day late. I called Geroge to explain that I would be out of town on their new delivery date. The updated delivery date was given to me late Thursday. I was out of town on Friday, giving me no time to adjust. He could care less, told me "life happens, not his problem". He didn't seem to understand that I just paid a lot of money to get a car delivered and that he should stick to his word on the promised delivery dates. If he had said sorry and that he was in the wrong I wouldn't be so upset. Instead he literally laughed at me for being upset, and offered no help or compensation. Overall just a rude and unprofessional owner. Once they have your car beware! They know they have you on the hook.
