I scheduled Millionaire Auto Transport 6 weeks prior to requested pick up. I followed up with him by phone and text multiple times prior to pickup. I spoke with him on the phone the day before pickup to confirm logistics and texted again the day of pickup.
AFTER he was supposed to pick up my car, he texted me and said ‘we don’t service that area’ and requested that I drive two hours to meet him (and then have to Uber home) instead. I had already left for Florida (and that is a preposterous idea anyway!)
It’s mind-numbing.
To add fuel to the fire, I actually did use him last year for pickup/delivery to the same addresses, proving he does in fact service the area.
