first, I have to say that Theo is incredible. He contacted me and very upfront was willing to work with me to get the two bikes from Vegas to California. He kept me posted every step of the way and explained everything to me. My biggest surprise was when the bikes got to San Bernardino the same day they were picked up. The driver. Was also very responsible and polite. If I ever need to transport anything, I will definitely use these guys again.
