Mercury to the Rescue!!

I had a nightmare experience with Auto Transport 123 (I mean horrible)!! You read about these awful experiences, but always hope you won't have to go through one. Well, I did with Keith, Wayne and Christine at Auto Transport 123. They did not follow through on their promises... wouldn't return my numerous phone calls, then tried to steal my money... and were, so sooo rude and even belligerent!! Just plain old "shady". I don't know how they are still in business. I was so exhausted from that experience and felt completely helpless. I was desperate, so I just so happened to phone this company- Mercury Auto Transport, as I was almost in tears. Charlie Steeves with Mercury Auto Transport answered my call. This man was sooo kind and honest. He worked with me way into the late night hours from his home with his kids and family to see I was well taken care of. What a guy! His pricing was much lower, as well. He even went to bat for me when Auto Transport 123 (Keith) tried to steal my deposit money even though they'd left me stranded. I will only work with Mercury Auto Transport in the future... and strongly suggest Charlie Steeves as your agent. Just a really good guy... and very, very professional (unlike Auto transport 123- they are just HORRIBLE)!! Auto Transport 123 is a joke! Mercury Auto Transport is the only way to go!! Thank you, Charlie!
