We originally requested information almost a year ago. We were unsure of our date and our destination. We received initial information from a variety of services. Jim was the first person to respond and continued contact with us throughout the year. He was never pushy, just wanted us to know he was there. Recently, our plans changed again. We were already working with Jim on specific details when an unexpected event changed everything. At this time we have no need for transportation services, however, when we finally do make the move, Jim will get our business! I am in sales and understand how much work one goes through to make that sale. When we contacted Jim with the news, he again was very professional and wished us well. That is the sign of a true professional. Thank you Jim for all of your hard work.
