Overall we were pleased with our car's transport from NY to SC. The driver was late to pick up but that was arranged as he had other cars to pick up first, so it was no problem. He was pleaseant and friendly, and reassured us that it would make it in one piece. We had a '69 Corvette transported, a car that was in mint condition already, so getting it here without problems was always a concern. However we had not problems at all.
Price was OK. We wanted the car so we paid more than we wanted. But it was worth it.
The car arrived to us in SC in one piece, driveable, without a scratch.
Our main contact with Mercury was Jim, and he worked well with us, always informing us by phone call and email about what was going on in the process of finding us a car and then after it was delivered, checking in one last time.
Over all, we were confident in the transport, and can highly recommend this company to others who are in need of getting a car from one state to the next.
