This was the first time I have shipped a vehicle and was a bit skeptical after hearing a co workers bad experience. I did some research as Brian mentioned and found that although most of the agents I spoke with sounded great on the phone, their previous customers thought different. Brian explained the entire process ahead of time so I knew what to expect. It turns out I was stressing the move for no reason. What I liked the most about Mercury was their upfront approach and down to earth agents.
