My first contact with Mercury Transport was thru Lisa to arrange transport of my yacht and tow truck from central California to Sequim Wa. She was proffesional, pleasent, very efficient. After posting the transport she kept in constant contact, finding the best carrier for me. The move went smoothly & very quickly! Both Mercury & the carrier kept communication open with me until arrival. Both yacht and truck were in perfect condition. The transport crew was delightful! I would highly recomend Mercury Auto Transport & trust that the job will be done with impressive accuracy. My second job was a truck from Idaho to Sequim, Wa. This move was difficult, but it was also managed proffesionaly with another wonderful carrier.From the begining I was seriously nervous about the moves as I have used other carriers in the past, with nightmarish results. Double charges, delays, payment for expediated service that takes MUCH longer than promised with no recourse for refund of payment without a lawyer, damage denied, and on and on. Never, Ever again will I use a different transport company!
