I had an excellent experience with Mercury Auto Transport, thanks especially to Angelo, who went above and beyond to make my cross-country vehicle transport as smooth and stress-free as possible.
From the initial quote through pickup and delivery, Angelo was incredibly responsive, transparent, and helpful. He secured a competitive price, coordinated directly with the driver, and kept communication flowing throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how accessible he was by phone, text, and email whenever I had questions or needed an update.
My vehicle was delivered much faster than I anticipated, which was a wonderful bonus! While delivery times can vary, Angelo did everything within his control to make the experience efficient, comfortable, and straightforward.
My only recommendation to anyone arranging vehicle transport is to carefully consider the accessibility and available space at your delivery location, particularly if you’re moving to a densely populated area.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with Angelo’s professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer service. I would absolutely use Mercury Auto Transport again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable vehicle shipping.
