My experience from the initial phone call securing a driver, interaction with the driver, delivery and follow up with Kevin the representative was flawless. This company has perfected how to provide a service with professionalism, process oriented and customer service delivery from beginning til even after vehicle delivery. Unfortunately I do not remember the driver’s name. He was extremely nice and very businesslike. His truck was new and pulled an enclosed trailer. The car was never exposed to the road elements! I will use them n the future and will refer them any opportunity presents itself.
