This is the second time I have used Mercury Auto Transport. Just by the shear fact that I have used them twice to transport my vehicles is a testimony in itself. I choose to deal directly with them, and more specifically with Luis Marrero. I completely trust them as it was Luis who informed me so thoroughly and candidly on the whole process. I could not be more satisfied, I was constantly updated, and when there needed to be alterations in the transport of my vehicle, Luis responded very accordingly. Having spent more than 30 years in customer service, I certainly know when I am receiving exceptional service, and Mercury Auto Transport definitely achieves that level.
