I was very impressed by our overall experience using Mercury transport for a cross country vehicle move. Angelo Pazos and his team were in good communication every step of the way, even when I needed to reach them with questions after hours, etc. I especially appreciated that Angelo sent me lots of detailed information about how the auto transport business works, how to choose a car, transport, service, reviews, best practices, etc.
– that was extremely helpful in educating myself, comparing my options and understanding how the process would work. Not only was the customer service great, but Mercury’s price was fair and among the lowest I found. June, the customer service rep who was engaged after booking our carrier, was also top notch with checking in on me and the vehicle.
Both the driver who picked our car up at its origination destination, and the driver who delivered the car to us in Tennessee were helpful, friendly, and courteous. No surprises, no problems whatsoever with the vehicle.
The car was picked up and delivered on the dates we requested, and even within a couple of hours of our scheduled time despite bad weather and traffic conditions
during the long journey
Overall, we had an excellent experience with Mercury. It was easy, economical, and secure. I would highly recommend Mercury to others.
