Ronnie Wrye was extremely helpful in dealing with a confused woman who had never had to transport a car before. He was very patient in answering all of my many questions. He was great at anticipating possible issues that might arise beforehand. His knowledge base allowed him to deal with problems before they were even a problem! He was very friendly, and very thorough. He even called me when he was supposed to be off work! He made the entire process very easy from my point of view. He also helped coordinate communication between the truck drivers and myself. From start to finish, the entire process, went extremely smoothly, because of his efforts and knowledge. While it is highly unlikely I will ever need to transport a car in the future, If I do, I know calling Mercury will be my very first, and only, phone call. If I ever have a chance to recommend to anyone a car transport company, I will also tell them to call Mercury.
