Customer Service Like it Should Be!

I can't say enough good things about the customer service and personal care / attention I received from Joe at Mercury Auto Transport! I was on my way to Florida in our RV when it broke down on I95! At the same time, my friend (who had my Jeep that was getting picked up) is calling me, the driver is calling me and I dont understand what they are talking about as I am trying not to get killed (a bit dramatic...I know). I called Joe and asked him to handle it for me. The response? "Of course" and then "done". And so it was, my Jeep was picked up that night. The next day, June from Mercury reached out to me to make sure I was receiving communications from my driver - and that I was okay with the service so far. WOW. The following day, my Jeep was delivered to me in Florida - looking just as good as she did when I left her. I had an opportunity to speak with Joe for a while before I booked his service, during that conversation it became very obvious that he had the values of days gone by - you know, the one where people called you back. When customer service meant something. When companies worked for your business NOT just to get your money. Mercury Auto Transport has good reviews for a reason - they are that good. They take pride in what they do. THANK YOU JOE - YOU & YOUR STAFF ARE THE BEST!!!! Mary & Mike
