First time shipping my car. It was a long trip from California all the way to New York and, I have to say, it was a really good experience working with Mercury Auto Transport. I worked with David Hilty and I'm really glad I found him. He was direct and honest from the very first conversation, explaining every detail about how this process works so I would know what to expect. He communicated daily with updates by email, text, and phone calls which I appreciated so much because, as you can imagine, shipping your car across the country is a very stressful and overwhelming experience. The drivers from Belaz Inc., who actually transported the car, were super respectful, kind and polite. Just really nice hard working people. My car arrived quickly and without a scratch. I don't review products or services ever, but I am making an exception here because I am truly grateful to everyone involved in getting my car safe and sound in my new city and making this whole process as easy as possible.
