We're sorry for any confusion or frustration you’ve experienced. After reviewing your order associated with your email address, we show that it was properly canceled on our end. It’s possible that the other broker you’re working with—Christa’s Excellent Auto LLC—is using the reposting claim as an explanation for difficulties in locating a carrier.
Mercury Auto Transport has no incentive or practice of reposting canceled orders. However, if you'd like to verify this for yourself, feel free to reach out to us at CustomerService@MercuryAutoTransport.com, and we’d be happy to provide screenshots confirming the cancellation.
