Trevor Thomas with Mercury helped me ship a pickup from Florida up to the Philadelphia area. Mercury and Trevor did a great job explaining how the business model works for auto transport, what their role and responsibilities are, and what to expect from the entire process. When the first carrier was unable to provide pickup, Trevor was quick to get the job relisted and found an alternative carrier. There were some communication issues with dispatch at the carrier and the crew at Mercury helped me stay on top of the delivery timing by reaching out to the carrier directly multiple times. That right there shows their value - they didn't take their brokerage fee and leave me to track things down on my own, they owned the shipment the entire way through. Great experience with them and I won't hesitate to reach out to them again if I need to transport another vehicle.
