Great car shipping experience! Shawn Abernathy was great from getting us a quick quote, communicating the process along the way with daily updates as we waited for a carrier to be selected, and even accommodated a last minute pickup location change. Great company and exceptional customer service throughout! And the car showed up earlier than expected (shipped from OR to NY) with great communication from the over the road carrier. Very pleased and would definitely consider Mercury Auto again if needed in the future!
