I decided to go with Mercury. I was very pleased with service. Ryan S. was right on top of it and helpful with any question I had. I would use them again. The one thing brokers do not have control over is the shipper's trucks. I thought it would be a hard sided for enclosed. It came in a curtain sided truck and the curtains were in kind of rough shape. But the driver even though had trouble with English was very kind and thorough and pointed out everything. Also, all the instructions given by Mercury kind of go out the window as everything is on phone. No papers at all. BOL was sent to my e-mail. And difficult to see on drivers' phone in sun light Tim R.
