This is the second time I've use Mercury Auto Transport (moving daughter's care cross country to/from college). I have no complaints about my experience. Joe was excellent in communicating with me, his daily 7am updates left me with a sense of security and attention. Joe answered all of my questions promptly by text and was very easy to reach if I had longer questions/concerns. Transporting a car is stressful, especially after reading about the horror stories with some carriers. I assure you everything went smooth, the car arrived with no additional scratches or dents. Joe picked the carrier with care and even sent me a checklist to inspect the car with (prior to signing the bill of lading) when it arrived. If you are thinking about shipping a car, Joe's a good person to contact with lots of knowledge and patience.
