I would trust this company to handle my transport with again. Thomas Spencer was the agent who helped me after I had a different company (with bad BBB score) that attempted to bait me, which I allowed them to, with a low price just to try to change it days before pickup. I am thankful I shopped around because I could’ve spent double with another reliable carrier however I found fair and honest pricing with and responsive communication with mercury. The carrier completed pickup and delivery of a luxury vehicle with zero damage albeit very dirty from the long haul. The carrier also communicated well with the pickup party and me coordinating delivery.
