My broker Joe Kelly answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly while I was inquiring about the services. Once I placed the order, he updated me each morning on the status of the car. The car pick up guy was very nice and friendly, and also they delivered about a block from the house in a city. While the car was being transported, June from fulfillment contacted me to see how it was going. We will use Joe again for another car later this summer.
