The actual transportation was flawless, the driver was efficient, on time, and the car was in perfect condition. Those of course are the most important things.
My one issue was the price that got me to sign up with Mercury Transport increased by nearly 30% with the chosen driver. This is my first time shipping a car and I didn’t understand how it worked and initially Mercury didn’t educate me. That is my only issue with them. I think they all work this way as most if not all of the transport companies are brokers and don’t actually own trucks.
I now understand how it works and will be much more knowledgeable the next time I transport a vehicle
