Jim Gozde was great. I had never shipped a car before. I reached out to Jim because he had sent me an informative email explaining the process in great detail. Communication was key. Jim talked with me on the phone, again explaining the process, and kept in touch with me every day by email and text with status updates. When I reached out with a question, he was quick to respond. Jim comes highly recommended!
