This whole process can be terrifying. A broker from Deerfield Florida was relentless and tried to scare me about what could happen if I didn’t go with him. I hung up on him twice just so I could talk. Bad business. I contacted Eric at Mercury transport and right from the start he was reassuring and knowledgeable . Small transports such as mine usually happen at the last minute. Eric kept in touch day by day to keep me informed as we neared the transport date while Leo from Deerfield kept calling to tell me how I would get screwed and my trucks would never move and I would pay more than what was quoted by some bait and switch scheme. No scheme, no bait and switch, I paid exactly the quoted and agreed price. The move came last minute but we were in good communication and everything was calm and reassuring. The guys were great. Courteous and professional. Good equipment. The move went so smooth. A lot smoother than I had anticipated. Will definitely use Mercury again if I need something moved.
