We contacted Mercury to facilitate a move of our vehicle from Chicago to southern Florida. Our representative from Mercury explained the process and kept us well informed weekly on the estimated vehicle pickup date and when the driver will be contacting us. The driver from Ace Auto Transport contacted us a couple days before scheduled pickup and instructed us on where the pickup location would be. FYI, the driver usually can not pickup and drop off in many residential areas due to size of transport truck, (10+ vehicles), a convenient area is selected near the customers home or business. ( Walmart, Loews, Home Depot, somewhere with a large lot.). Our pickup time was right on schedule, the vehicle arrived in Florida 2days later, much sooner than expected. The driver was very professional and courteous. The Mercury company performed a great service, they completed what they said they would do., in the time they said it would be completed, and at the price they quoted. The Ace Transport driver did an above average job and service. I would definitely use and recommend Mercury Transport in the future.
