Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for giving us 4 stars. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concern regarding the extra charge by the carrier.
As a broker, our role is to connect customers with reliable carriers. However, we do not have control over the specific charges that carriers may apply for additional items inside the vehicle. According to transportation regulations, vehicles are supposed to be shipped empty. Carriers are charged by weight at weigh stations, and any extra items can result in additional charges.
The final decision on these charges is made by the driver at the time of pickup. Unfortunately, our agents are not present during this process, and we cannot influence or predict the additional fees that might be applied.
Additionally, it's important to note that any personal items placed inside the vehicle are not covered by insurance. We always recommend customers to ship their vehicles empty to avoid such situations.
