Selected Mercury to broker my recent purchase of a pickup out of state. They provided information explaining the process and were quick to respond during the estimating process. Once the job was posted, received a phone call within 24 hours of a bid pending my approval. Agent did not share that the bid was for 14% over Mercury's estimate, until I asked. I decided to take it as my route was not on a high volume path. Transport firm was reliable and easy to work with and was very satisfied with delivery.
