The things that made me choose Mercury Auto Transport were their explanatory material in which they were transparent about how auto transport works; and their agent, Lawrence Reeves, who made himself available to answer my questions and to resolve the difficulties encountered in my auto transport situation. He also followed up diligently on all the out-of-the-ordinary difficulties I had with the transport. Their price estimate was reasonable- not high, not low. I understand that I could have been more patient, rejecting the earliest higher bids to wait for my price range. Because of Mercury's (Lawrence Reeves') online explanations, I understood somewhat better how and why the price might vary, and had the confidence to move ahead. Their transparency gave assurance that they would be honest with me. Because of their sharing the inside view of car transport, I believe that Mercury was the best place for a novice like me to experience it. I was amazed at how fast they moved in carrying out the transport. The contracted carrier, Dealers Auto Transport, LLC, was really nice, too, and kindly worked with my timing and circumstances.
