I started with another broker in the same price range - they didn’t communicate after giving me a supposed time and driver. I decided to move to a different broker - Joe with Mercury Auto Transport.. What a completely different experience! From the first interaction I was given a text number directly to Joe. I received daily updates as my route was waiting to get picked up by a driver. I was emailed details of the process. Once a driver was signed. I committed and e-mail was used to sign a contract and make the deposit. I would recommend going with Mercury to transport your auto - great communication was a pleasing experience!
