The company checked in with me occasionally while I was making my mind up about how to transport my pickup. They kept in touch without being pesty. Once I decided to transport the truck (from New Mexico to northern California- about 1,300 miles) the process was easy, efficient, relatively inexpensive. The actual move was faster than I could have driven myself and certainly less expensive if you included food and lodging for 3 or 4 days. Both, the point of origin and the destination are out of the way, small towns but it didn't take longer or cost more than if we had set up for more urban or convenient places. Communication between the company and my contacts in the two places was good- they gave a day's notice before showing up so my contacts could adjust their schedules accordingly. I don't know how this unexpected need to transport my truck could have been made easier or less expensive. I'm very happy with how it worked out.
