We were first time auto shippers, a little bit put off by all the online stories of scammers (at worst) and missed connections and delivery dates (at best). Joe Kelly at Mercury answered the phone promptly, answered our beginner questions and concerns patiently and then got the job done with no drama. Excellent on time service, costs were exactly as expected and promised and a professional driver who also answered his phone and arranged easy pickup and delivery, working with many people's schedules. Our experience could not have been better. Thank you.
