I needed to ship a car a couple of hundred miles in Northern California and was overwhelmed with a ton of quotes. Finally tripped across Mercury, read their online reviews and decided to use them. Jake Horner at Mercury was super responsive and got me a good driver's bid right away. They also had the lowest quote, typically $100 cheaper but one broker wanted 2x Mercury's quote. After I accepted the driver's bid, a couple of days later my car was delivered in a covered trailer, safe and sound. While in route, the driver Denis texted me updates on his ETA. I would definitely use Mercury again.
