Deb Ciriello was very helpful at getting my auto booked for pickup. While Mercury Auto Transport was great, I would not recommend the vender AUTOEX Transport LLC. After shipping four vehicles, the last two vehicles were shipped by AUTOEX TRANSPORT LLC and while both vehicles arrive in same condition as shipped which was fantastic, there was no communication throughout the process and both vehicles arrived two and three days after scheduled delivery date. While there was no major impact i did have to call driver Luis on multiple occasion for updates on shipment. Overall, i was very happy with the vehicles arriving in exact same condition but the lack of communication to the customer was somewhat frustrating to say the least. If you are not on a tight timeframe by all means use AUTOEX just know you will have to call for shipment updates.
