I started with another carrier and regretted it. That carrier did not follow up with me at all and was very unprofessional when I called them. I got in touch with Jake Horner. He was very professional and stayed in touch every step of the way. The person who transported my vehicle was on time and courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I couldn’t be more pleased and I will definitely use mercury again.
