Mercury was very helpful, explaining the process and answering situational questions I had. They were sending weekly reminders as the date was getting near. And although there was a bit of a delay with the trucker themselves who didn't give a status (understandable due to weather), reaching out to Mercury was able to get me the status and info I needed. It was very reassuring.
