We decided to ship one of our vehicles from our home in TX to FL where my husband has started a new job, assuming the cost to do so made sense. After googling that question, I was flooded with contacts via email, text and phone calls. I chose Mercury Auto Transport for a variety of reasons: the broker who contacted me, Jim Gozde asked how I preferred to be contacted and respected that, the price was reasonable and Jim sent a lot of helpful information about the whole process, including information about the role a broker has in the transaction. After checking BBB and reading some reviews, I felt comfortable that we were in the right hands. Once Jim got the go ahead from me, he had a truck lined up within a couple of days and continued to check in with me to see how things were going with the transport throughout the trip, including on the day of delivery. I would definitely recommend Mercury Auto Transport and appreciate the work Jim did on our behalf.
