I have now shipped TWO cars with Mercury now using Dean Hawley and both times has been great. The key to the great service is communication and Dean let me know details every step during the process, by email and text. He also ALWAYS answered the phone when I called. (he must sleep with this phone) The first shipment, the carrier was running late, and Dean kept us updated the entire time. I will defiantly use him again.
