I have never shipped a vehicle before after calling mercury they explained how the trnsport industry works & breifly educated me. I spoke with alan he was very helpful & informative, he made me feel very comfortable with him & his company. A few hours after placing the order i received a call from a lady cheri in their dispatch dept. & told me they already confirmed a driver & gave me the drivers information. They made this experience very smooth & easy. I would recommend them to my family & friends. Thanks, Todd johnson
