I needed to ship my automobile across country and Mercury was recommended to me by a friend. Jake horner was my contact with Mercury and his service was exceptional. He was available when I had questions and he was very responsive when I had several personal issues. The motor carrier proved to be quite responsible as Jake assured assured me he would be. The car was picked up on schedule and delivered early to its destination. There were absolutely no problems. Thanks Jake for all your help!
