I was shipping my car on short notice and for the first time so it was a new process for me and finding the right broker was crucial as there is always an onslaught of companies bombarding you with information . From the first contact, Jason and his team were attentive and communicated with me constantly, giving me updates, both texting and emailing. I also talked on the phone with them at the last stage, before my carrier was assigned to make sure everything was handled the way I coordinate it. And it was - with great care, on time and it couldn’t be more pleased! Actually, despite the severe weather, my car made it to NC before me, unscathed, and the driver whom Mercury selected also couldn’t be more professional and understanding. I was provided updates by both him and Jason’s team as well. All in all, this very stressful process couldn’t be less stressful thanks to Mercury’s service and clearly picking the right carrier as well. Thank you for all that and I will be not only happy to use them again but also to recommend them to anyone! Well done!
