This was the first time I had to ship a car and I was hesitant and unfamiliar with the process - a lot of handholding was needed. I called a number of times, asked a lot of questions and spoke to a couple of people but Jay was my main contact. He answered all of my questions with a calm, non-rushed tone. He was great with follow-up and honest when asked about the carrier he found to take the car from Illinois to North Carolina. Mercury had not used the carrier before but everything turned out great. The driver was very nice, easy to work with and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely use Mercury again.
